PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Nyron Dumas, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court dismissing his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, he claims that the court improperly concluded that he failed to sustain his burden of establishing his claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
