The defendant, Mickie Jo Yager, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing and attempting to possess pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(c)(2) and 846. She claimed she was a minor participant in the manufacturing scheme and requested a downward adjustment. The District Court declined to grant the adjustment.
