PERRY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Terry Blum seeks a declaration of his rights under the uninsured motorist provision of an auto insurance policy that his parents purchased from defendant Allstate Insurance Company. He also seeks judgment in the amount of $150,000, plus prejudgment interest on the policy.
