Plaintiff, Darla Tillery, alleges that her former employer subjected her to a religiously hostile work environment, and then terminated her because she did not conform her behavior to her supervisor's religious beliefs, all in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
