This matter comes before the Court on the Defendant's motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 26) and the Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 28). In this breach of contract case, the Plaintiff seeks reimbursement from the Defendant for the monies it expended on the Defendant's medical education.
