WISE, Judge.

Gregory Gibbons appeals from the circuit court's revocation of his probation. The record reveals that on January 4, 2001, Gibbons pleaded guilty to one count of promoting prison contraband in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-10-37, Ala.Code 1975, and a Class C felony. He was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment and was ordered to complete the Department of Corrections substance-abuse program.1
