Before the court is defendants' motion for a new trial [Doc. # 153-1] and plaintiffs motion for attorneys' fees and costs [Doc. # 158-1 and Doc. # 172-1]. For the reasons explained below, the court DENIES defendants' motion for new trial and GRANTS in part plaintiffs motions for fees and costs.
