The first issue presented in this case is whether the undisputed facts established the existence of a lease for a farm owned by the estate of Beulah Deibert, with Charles Shafer as a tenant.1 If the facts established the existence of a lease, then this Court must reach the issue of whether Maryland Code (1974, 1996 Repl.Vol., 2002 Supp.) § 8-107 of the Real Property Article, applies to such lease so as to vest the title...
