In this case, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant's Sun Pure SP-10 home water purifier infringes on Plaintiffs patents in violation of 35 U.S.C. § 271. As a result, this Court has subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1338(a).
