Checkcare Systems ("Checkcare") filed an objection to confirmation of the debtor's proposed chapter 13 plan. The objection came on for an evidentiary hearing on February 10, 2003.

Checkcare asserts that (1) the debtor has not devoted all of her disposable income to fund the plan, (2) the plan has not been proposed in good faith, and (3) the plan unfairly discriminates against Checkcare...
