This cause is before the Court on Defendant's motion for summary judgment, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, on Plaintiffs Complaint brought pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.CA. §§ 12101, et seq. Oral argument was heard on this matter in South Bend, Indiana, on January 11, 2003.
