Ricky Dudley appeals his convictions for disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer, contending that the evidence against him was insufficient. He further contends that the trial court erred in charging the jury on the entire disorderly conduct statute and that a fatal variance exists between the indictment and the evidence.
