Larry Thibodeaux, a flight attendant for Executive Jet International, Inc. ("EJI"), brought this action on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated flight attendants employed by EJI, alleging that they were denied the overtime compensation required by the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-19.
