This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Frank J. Crosby's Motion for Costs and Attorney Fees. Defendants Bowater Incorporated Retirement Plan for Salaried Employees of Great Northern Paper, Inc. and Bowater Incorporated have opposed the Motion.
