WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

William O. Turner appeals the district court's2 grant of summary judgment in favor of Honeywell Federal Manufacturing and Technologies, LLC, (Honeywell) on his claims of racial discrimination brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1981. We affirm.
