Plaintiff Joseph Ienco sued Chicago police officers Kenneth Angarone and Thomas McGann for civil rights violations pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988, arising from the officers' arrest of Ienco in 1994. Presently before the Court is Defendants' motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(c). For the following reasons, Defendants' motion is granted....
