The employees ("Employees") of BHM Health Associates, Inc. ("BHM") filed suit in the Superior Court of Lake County against BHM, Donna Huddleston ("Huddleston"), Leona Bonczek ("Bonczek"), and AAA Health Care, LLC ("AAA"). The trial court ruled in favor of the Employees with respect to their claims against BHM, but also ruled in favor of Huddleston, Bonczek, and AAA.
