Tina Viola, a resident of Louisiana, was killed when the automobile she was driving collided with a truck driven by Terry Williams, a domiciliary of Texas, who was intoxicated and traveling in the wrong lane of traffic on I-110 in the city of Baton Rouge. In this accident, Mr. Williams sustained fatal injuries as well. Mr. Williams was in Louisiana working as a foreman for a construction company...
