Before this court is the motion of FISI Madison Financial (hereinafter "FISI") asking this court to reconsider this court's previous Order denying FISI's motion to dismiss. In that previous Order, a one-page document, this court simply denied FISI's motion to dismiss without elaboration. Now, in the aftermath of further briefing and all parties agreeing that the matter of whether FISI should be dismissed from this lawsuit...
