MOTZ, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Roosevelt and Florence Gee, Lillian Rawlings, Dianne L. Mack, and Mary L. Street, have filed a motion to remand1 this class-action lawsuit to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. For the reasons set forth below, the motion will be granted.
