Presently pending and ready for resolution in this civil rights case are 1) Defendants' motion for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50 or, in the alternative, for a new trial pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59, and 2) Plaintiffs' motion for declaratory and injunctive relief.
