Brown Associates, Inc. to Vacate Arbitration Award and the Cross-Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award of Respondent, Allstar Drywall & Acoustics, Inc. For the reasons outlined below, the petition to vacate shall be denied and the motion to confirm shall be granted.
