[¶ 1] Farm Credit of Maine appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) in favor of the Maine Farmers Exchange (MFX) on its setoff claim against Farm Credit's security interest in Nightingale Enterprises, Inc.'s (NEI) account receivable representing proceeds from the sale of potatoes.
