{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Gary P. Renwand Jr. ("Renwand") appeals from the judgment of the trial court that granted summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Brush Wellman, Inc. ("Brush Wellman"). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
