Defendant Steven Keith Adair is charged in a three count superseding indictment with (1) knowingly and willfully threatening the life of the President or Vice-President of the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 871(a); (2) willfully threatening or maliciously conveying knowingly false information of an attempt to kill the President or Vice-President and of an attempt to damage or destroy buildings...
