Plaintiff PADCO Advisors, Inc. filed this diversity action for breach of contract and violation of the Maryland Uniform Trade Secret Act ("MUTSA") against Defendant Jeffrey M. Omdahl after he was employed by ProFund Advisors. Presently pending and ready for resolution are cross motions for summary judgment.
