Plotseneder sued Quadron Software International Corporation ("Quadron") and Fischer International Systems Corporation ("Fischer International"), alleging that they breached various employment-related agreements. The trial court granted Quadron and Fischer International summary judgment on all but two of Plotseneder's claims.
