The defendant, Ke Tong Chen, appeals his first degree assault conviction. See RSA 631:1 (1996). He argues that the Superior Court (Dalianis, J.) erred when it found him competent to stand trial, and the Superior Court (Brennan, J.) erred when it ruled that he could not raise the defense of self-defense. We affirm.
