{¶ 1} This is an original action in mandamus. Relator, The Cincinnati Enquirer, seeks a writ of mandamus ordering the respondents, Fay D. Dupuis1 and the city of Cincinnati, to produce a proposed settlement agreement tendered to the city by the United States Department of Justice. For the following reasons, we decline to issue the writ.
