The defendant, Jason K. Gaffney, was convicted in Nashua District Court (Gormley, J.) of one count of disorderly conduct, see RSA 644:2, III(a) (1996), and one count of criminal trespass, see RSA 635:2, II(b)(2) (1996). The defendant appeals both convictions. We remand.
