Jerry Lee Beaton was charged with five counts of aggravated assault, one count of terroristic threats, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Following a trial, a jury found Beaton guilty of four counts of reckless conduct as a lesser included offense of aggravated assault and one count of terroristic threats, but acquitted him of the remaining charges.
