Presently pending and ready for resolution in this case brought under 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000-3 et seq. ("Title VII") and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 is the motion of Defendant Grafton School, Inc. ("Grafton") to dismiss for failure to state a claim or, in the alternative, for summary judgment on Plaintiff's claims for 1) discriminatory discharge and 2) hostile work environment discrimination
