This action arises out of the efforts of plaintiff Christie's Inc. ("plaintiff or "Christie's") to collect on multiple loans made to defendants Jerome and Sharon Davis ("defendants" or "the Davises"). The loans are secured by hundreds of pieces of fine and decorative art and antique furniture, most of which the Davises keep in their house in Greenwich, Connecticut...
