Kevin Derrick Washington was convicted by a jury of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and was sentenced as a recidivist. His motion for new trial was denied. Washington appeals, raising issues concerning sufficiency of the evidence, admission into evidence of similar transactions and the trial court's accompanying instructions, effectiveness of counsel, and other evidentiary matters. We find no reversible error...
