Presently before this Court are Defendants Correctional Medical Services' and Dr. Ben Robinson's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff Michael Christy's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim alleging that Defendants were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs in violation of his constitutional rights under the Eighth Amendment.
