Pending before us is the defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment arguing that it is not liable for the damages suffered by the plaintiff's father, decedent Néstor Rigual Camacho. (Docket entry # 14). The plaintiffs opposed the motion and the defendants replied. (Docket entry # 22 & 27).
