Plaintiff Ulico Casualty Company ("Ulico"), instituted this lawsuit against Defendant Clover Capital Management, Inc.("Clover"), under §§ 404(a)(1)(B); 404(a)(1)(D); and 405(a)(2) of the Employment Retirement Income and Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C §§ 1104(a)(1)(B); 1104(a)(1)(D); and 1105(a)(2). The complaint demands judgment for over eight million dollars in losses suffered...
