{¶ 1} This is an appeal by the state of Ohio from a judgment of the Lucas County Common Pleas Court wherein appellee, Michael Shiffler, was sentenced to three years in prison for two counts of rape of a child under the age of thirteen and one count of gross sexual imposition.
