Pending before this court is the defendants' motion for a non-resident bond in the sum of $75,000.00 and a "Motion to Dismiss for Fraud on the Court". Both requests are based on the plaintiffs' failure to disclose significant and relevant prior medical problems and treatment in an attempt to mislead the defendants and the court and augment the damages suffered...
