MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT

MCMAHON, District Judge.

Once again pending before this Court is a case in which an angry plaintiff tries to transform garden variety claims of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty into a RICO action. Two of the three defendants on the RICO claims, Messers. Leonard and Michael Scrivo, have moved to dismiss that claim — the sole source of Federal jurisdiction — and I grant their meritorious motion...
