Before the Court is Evaristo A. Maldonado Guzman's petition for a writ of mandamus and request for injunctive relief. (Docket # 1). For the reasons stated below in this Opinion and Order, Mr. Maldonado Guzman's requests will be denied, and the above-captioned case will be dismissed with prejudice.
