SCHALLER, J.

The defendant, George J. Zahringer, appeals from the judgment of the trial court modifying the unallocated alimony and child support award that he was ordered to pay at the time of the dissolution of the marriage of the parties. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly (1) refused to consider financial contributions to the plaintiff, Celia Zahringer, from her parents, (2) ordered an increase of alimony
