Plaintiffs Renaissance Cosmetics, Inc., et al., (collectively "RCI") filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware Bankruptcy Court (the "Bankruptcy Proceeding") and subsequently filed this action against defendants in New York State Court (the "Action"). Defendants removed the Action to this Court based on federal bankruptcy jurisdiction and RCI now seeks remand. Defendants cross-move for change of venue...
