¶ 1 Appellant John M. Meeks was charged with three counts of indecent exposure and one count of carrying a concealed weapon in the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County. Meeks was declared unfit to proceed and committed to the custody of the Department of Public Health and Human Services. Meeks was later deemed fit to proceed and pled guilty to the charges.
