¶ 1. An Infiniti automobile, $265 in cash and a pistol were taken as confiscated property consequent to the arrest of Jermaine Shannon. The confiscation of the automobile and the cash was denied by the county court. However, the circuit court overruled that decision, upholding the confiscation of the property.
