{¶ 1} In April 1972, the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, upon the guilty plea of appellant, William L. Ridenour, convicted him of two counts of murder in the second degree, one count of shooting to kill, and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. The common pleas court sentenced Ridenour to two life terms and a term of 1 to 20 years and two terms of 1 to 5 years, all to be served consecutively. Ridenour subsequently escaped...
