The Medical Licensing Board of Indiana ("Board") and the State of Indiana (collectively "the State") bring this consolidated interlocutory appeal following the trial court's issuance of two stay orders, one that stayed the Board's decision to suspend the medical license of Simon Trueblood, M.D., and the other that stayed the Board's subsequent decision to revoke Trueblood's medical license...
