¶ 1 In this Commonwealth appeal challenging the trial court's order granting defendant/appellee's pretrial motion to preclude evidence, we examine Pennsylvania Rule of Evidence 404(b), specifically, the identity exception of the Rule.1 After careful consideration of the facts and relevant law, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
