This case requires us to construe a provision in a marital separation agreement with respect to the husband's alimony obligation. We must determine whether the provision obligating Edwin Gibbons Moore, III, appellant, to pay alimony to Suzanne Gibbs Moore, appellee, terminated upon appellee's remarriage, when the agreement expressly specified that alimony was "non-modifiable" and payable for a fixed term, but...
