Plaintiffs claim that Defendants violated their Fourth Amendment rights to be free from unreasonable seizure and use of excessive force. Plaintiffs bring this lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiffs also assert state-law claims of false arrest, assault, and battery. This Court has jurisdiction of those claims under 28 U.S.C. § 1367(a).
